As an adult, she found herself working in the wellness department of a co-op and realized that making herbal recommendations wasn't enough-she wanted to make a bigger impact on people's health. Listening to the natural rhythms of the body and gently guiding it into balance has become her passion. She believes that wellness and balance are attainable for everyone.
